Chauvinist 10 year old Liver Chestnut Gelding 16.2h Sire: Vigo D’ Arsouilles [World Champion Kentucky 2010] Dam: Beauty- Nellie [Goldfalk] - stable name Vigo
An absolute superstar whom we purchased as a five year old. Vigo is ultra careful, brave and an out and out winner, supremely confident and a real fighter who wants to please.
He has an outstanding competition record and has proven himself at every stage of his career. He was the Newcomers Champion at the Horse Of the Year Show as a 6 year old and has had amazing International success at Offenburg, Caen, La Coruna and Modena to mention a few. He is the current Speed Horse of The Year a title he won at HOYS in 2010. He is also the reigning Young Rider Champion at title he won as the same venue all achieved as an 8 year old.
This season has started well with a sterling performance in Strazeele where he was in the winner’s enclosure and a 3rd place in the U25’s Grand Prix at the prestigious Saut Hermes, Grand Palais Paris.
Attack II11 year old Dark Bay Gelding 16.2h Sire: Grandeur Dam: Oekraine [Bonheur] – stable name Archie
A top class competitor who has very little mileage on the clock. He joined the team as an inexperienced 8 year old and his rapid rise to the top has been phenomenal. A very tough competitor with endless scope, he has all the ingredients to reach the top in the sport. In his first season 2009 he showed a glimpse of his talent winning the qualifier for the prestigious Foxhunter final at the Horse Of the Year Show.
An outstanding international debut year 2010 winning the Grand Prix at San Giovanni, 3rd place Grand Prix Cantaleu, 3rd place Grand Prix Pinerolo and winning the International Trial at Thame Show culminated in selection for the European Young Riders Championships held at Jardy, Paris.
This season is a year to build upon the success of 2010, he will be aimed at selection for the European Young Rider Championships in Comporta, Portugal and Senior Nations Cup selection.
Varo M10 year old Chestnut Gelding 16.2h Sire: Pierrot Dam: Odile [Weinfurst] – stable name Pele
A wonderful horse to have in the team. We purchased him as an unbroken 3 year old, seen jumping loose. We knew then that he was an exceptional athlete and he would make an international star. He is incredibly careful and competitive, combine this with a massive heart and desire to please and you know you have a chance to win every time he steps in the ring.
He won the 6 year old Final at Villeneuve Loubet and hasn’t looked back since. As a 7 year old he won the qualifiers for the Newcomers and Foxhunter Finals at the Horse Of the Year Show 2010 . With a string of international ribbons at Portimao, Lisbon, Piotello, Dortmund and Nantes where he was 2nd in the 8yr old Final during 2010, we are looking forward to an exciting 2011.
This season his focus is to compete at Grand Prix level and aim to be selected for a Senior Nations Cup Team.
8 year old Black Mare 17.0h Sire: Karandas Dam: Tavira [Numero Uno] – stable name Beauty
A very exciting prospect whom we bought as an unbroken 3 year old, seen jumping loose having just arrived from Holland. She is an exceptional talent, a beautiful stamp of a horse with the lightest of paces, she looks to have the full package, brave, scope, carefulness and a fantastic attitude.
We broke her as a 4 year old and then left her to mature until she was 6 years old. She had a very good debut season qualify for this years Newcomers and Foxhunter second rounds and taking in a handful of international shows, Sandillon, Cantaleu and Piotello where she took ribbons in the age classes.
This season her aim is the Newcomer and Foxhunter qualification for the Horse Of the Year Show and to continue her education in the age classes at more international venues.
